    Greetings from, Paris ,the using of your words and your voice is just WONDERFUL ,beside the rest of course........... from a Feldenkrais teacher in Paris (I am so sensitiv to voices as I was a singer and this for me is already half of a good lesson THANKS a lot

    Feeling really good after this class. I had a hip replacement last year which dislocated 2 weeks later and I had to have a second operation. Since then my hip does not articulate well and feels very wobbly. At first I could not do the movements on the bad hip aside but persisted with approximations (holding the leg of my pants) and making tiny movements very slowly and gradually I was able to grasp more and more of my lower leg. Afterwards I felt much more secure as though the hip was articulating deeper in the socket. Was great. Thank you.
