Really like your outside fabric. You are the only one who I have watched that irons the opening before turning the piece. I started doing that years ago but wondered why nobody else did.

Going to make these for our up coming retreat, great for list of needs, ideas of what to make and record any fun memories. Great to plan your project and fabrics that you are going to use. We will be visiting a great fabric shop on our first day so maybe choose a pattern and fabric then. Will go check my fat quarters when this is finished.

Thank you for this tutorial which I am going to follow. Adding the book mark was a great idea.

Just had a thought.. since there's not enough fabric for a second one out of a fat quarter we could use some to make a matching key fob holder, holders, pen pocket and attach that to the front of book cover, I also saw a pattern for a cord keeper.

I think you mean stitch length! I most likely used a 3

It is so annoying. I truly don’t mind if you skip them. Watching the video until the end is most beneficial for me. You can also sign up for premium and never see another ad again. I benefit from that as well.
