Thanks you Matt, ‘faff’ and ‘to faff’ have entered my active vocabulary. Thank you, I guess?

Great video as always and kudos to Matt for getting the prices of the gear reasonably accurate to the epic tv shop

I've found the rock rings good for when I can't get to the climbing gym due to uni holidays

I have a fingerboard and want to convert it to free hand at home, I'm fairly new to climbing and don't want to sound stupid but what type of rope is best to set up a hangboard similar to these? Thanks

I quit climbing in a gym about 5 months ago, supplemented all that gym stuff with rock-ring workouts, and I've never felt stronger outside. They really do help out. The only drawback is that they don't have a variable edge-width for training smaller grips.

Should maybe put some velcro in there and buy a pack of bike helmet foam pads of different thicknesses you can switch out? I have them too just thinking. Might work.

Still promoting the myth that all this stuff is necessary. It's one big delusion. Save your money. Just climb. Just do it.

Wow why do you encourage people to enlarge their consum, to get psych for climbing even when there already is far too much consum in the western world. Seriously buy a bit less guys, it is silly to think u need all these extras. U can just train everywhere with bodyweight and u will even always find an egde which u can make smaller by moving ur fingers closer to the edge. And if u cannot find psych for climbing, maybe it is not the right sport for you!
