    Again, such excellent instruction. Especially that you warn about keeping the weight on both feet , not shifting to one side. Makes it completely different! Thank you!!

    Great idea with the stick Kevin !!!! It will definitely help a beginner to concentrate on keeping the spine straight (as much as possible).
