Fossil Hunting Tips Part 2 (Fossil Walk At Lyme Regis)
Ойын-сауық
I found the fossil, the man on my fossil walk cracked open the fossil ammonite superbly well! There are some good fossil hunting tips in this video, and a man on my fossil walk who “really knows his onions .” He is @tlytell on Instagram, he finds a superb Ichthyosaur backbone in the video. I hope you find some fossils along the Jurassic Coast-at low tide. Sometimes fossil hunting turns out to be treasure hunting, especially when you are trying a bit of sieving. The Jurassic Coast really does have some stunning fossils. I recommend wearing safety glasses and sturdy rubber gloves when hammering the right rocks. Remember the cliffs are dangerous and liable to fall suddenly and without warning. Keep away from the dangerous cliffs. The best fossils are washed out onto the beaches at low tide, by the sea's actions. Look out for the slippery seaweed on the ledges and rocks. I offer fossil walks along the Jurassic Coast on the following website, so feel free to take a look at the website I made, with our online fossil walks ------www.lymeregisfossilwalks.com There is a fossil collecting code of conduct in place along the Jurassic Coast

I prefer the sunny summer in Lyme Regis but it's interesting to see how different the foreshore looks like now comparing to last summer. The Ichthyosaur backbone find is amazing! Have a cosy Christmas time to come! Greetings from Germany!
