Curious as to why people are laughing. He's an elderly man. That's what happens when you age. You're not going to stay young forever. What young people don't understand is that as you find your way in life and start living, many things take place. You get a job, build a career, have to work for housing, food, clothing, you marry, have children, your loved ones get ill, lose loved ones, help your loved ones who have problems, deal with your own illnesses, deal with financial issues, etc. Before you know it, life has passed you by and you have grown old. Anybody who doesn't know why an older person " walks like that" It's because walking is PAINFUL. Arthritis and joint pain, cartilage loss, tight muscles and tendons, pulled muscles, plantar faciitus, bone on bone , pinched nerves, etc. ( it's not senility.) -- He's actually getting around well, and feels a little self conscious because he knows he's being filmed, against his wishes. Clinton is retired and no longer in Washington. He was president 23 years ago. Yes, there are a lot of congress members that are well-aged and past their political expiration date, but strictly speaking of age is not a strong stance. I do believe congress should have term limits, like the presidency, no matter what age you are.
