Forging a Damascus CARIAN KNIGHT'S SWORD with magic enchantment from Elden Ring |HammerForge
Carian Knight's Sword is a Straight Sword in Elden Ring. It can glow during a magic sword attack. With resin, I made the glow-in-the-dark effect possible!
Measurement of this sword are:
Length: 102 CM
Weight: 1.9 KG

I spent 3 months making this sword! Failed many times in between. It turned out perfect! Do you like this sword?

This is amazing, this is why i love blacksmithing. You need many more viewers as this is the kind of thing that needs to be noticed, unlike the stupid things the internet brings.

Looks good but not authentic with a pre molded handle. You are suppose use gold handles and elves to enchant it for you to weigh nothing but very sharp like Excalibur.
Not only does it look amazing, it is also properly constructed and thus can really function as a sword and not just a decoration.

While that is certainly true, it IS a bit on the heavy side with almost 2 kg at that length. Since it's too short to really be used as a longsword (even though the handle would certainly imply otherwise), you would more than likely want to use it one-handed, and for that, 1.9kg is pretty damn heavy. I mean, my tournament feder clocks in at around 1.2 kg. And it's significantly longer. Still, undeniably beautiful work.

Yea but it would depend on the balance. That's a solid brass guard and fittings and what looks like a pretty thick handle. Not to mention its pretty wide at the base which would also bring the balance closer to the hand. And the extra long handle means i would personally classify it as a hand and half sword because of the relatively shorter blade. Remember a lot of authentic Viking swords and arming swords, which is what the Carian knight sword is in game, were 1.5kg or more so a 1.9kh sword is really not all that out of the ordinary for how short and wide it is. @@rogthepirate4593

i just found him. youre right. this man right here deserves millions of subs becaufe of how beautiful his work is
This turned out SO good! The engravings and the sheath, it enhances the implicitly of the swords shape. The marveling of the steel too looks really pretty up close. I loved every second of this!
This is amazing!!! I was so surprised when I scrolled down and saw you didn't have like a million subs. I hope more people notice your channel soon, you totally deserve it! This is one of my favorite weapons in Elden Ring just from an aesthetic standpoint, after the Sword of Night and Flame. Incredible work!!
I don't know whats wrong with the youtube algorithm... , I thought I was the only one struggling.... There are very few high quality channel that can make this kind of fantasy weapons, not to mention the high quality of filming and edditing. Great work 😍👏 Dont give up , can't wait for the next build 🤩
That was one of the coolest swords I've ever seen. The resin was genius! The end result was stunning my good sir. Very impressive and very well done.
That's amazing! This is my favorite sword in the game, since I love the Carian Knight aesthetic, thanks to starting as the Enchanted Knight in the beta, so seeing it actually forged to such perfection makes me very happy!
I feel blessed to have stumbled upon this hidden gem of a channel
it looks amazing, please make the Sword of Night and Flame or the Godslayer's Greatsword next, those two are amazing !

Elegant. Amazing work, I’m super impressed by how good you fit-up was. You kept your margins very tight.
I actually really appreciate this not only for the amazing quality of the sword and production of the video, but also that there's no narration. That may sound strange, but it's so much more relaxing to just see the art being created without a play by play, only a few lines of text where needed. Awesome work. Glad the algorithm threw you my way, looking forward to your other work :D
True pro blacksmiths make these incredible creations look so easy, as though they're barely thinking about it, as they craft it. Wonderful videeo!
Absolutely stunning! That was very satisfying to watch, thank you. I love this sword in the game, and i love this sword here, great job!
This looks fantastic, you really nailed all the intricacies of this sword and captured it's magical aura. Plus it's functional! I respect your craftmanship.
Top notch sword, and top notch production on this video. As an avid Elden player, that sword looks amazing.
really like that you showed the balance of the sword that's dope no one else out here doin that
Your work is worthy of a master! Congratulations!
I really hope to do stuff like this on live stream some day! amazing work and beautiful final piece
Great craftsmanship!! Also nice editing work
Dude, if you made a dark souls silver knight sword I'd buy it in a heart beat. You've definitely got the skill.
I thougth at first you were going to do the dreaded threaded tang on such a magnificently made blade. Rarely have I ever been so happy to be wrong.
I don't understand why there's so little views for this amazing video... also, good work, loved the piece!
omg this sword is beautifull all the handmade details are amazing instant sub+like
This looks absolutely fantastic. The design and shape are on point and everything looks fantastic. The tang shoulder's heat treatment looked a little cold but it works beautifully. Probably was just the youtube video.
Wow, the level of quality is absolutely insane. This would be the flagship of my sword collection if I had it, very well done.
One of the best looking weapons in the whole game! Great job!
i love that the magic buff on the sword is actually the sheath. it's both beautiful and practical
Ok, so that is incredible. There’s something so satisfying about seeing something cool in a game and being able to look over and see it in real life. That sword is truly perfect. The only thing it’s missing is a big blue light sword that materializes from it.
This guy forged out the bevels before grinding them. Definitely an experienced blacksmith! (This is the first video I’ve seen by him)
incredible work, thank you for sharing it here
A+ for making the grip look like a glintstone, I’m in love
This is a masterpiece, you must be really proud of this work.
I watched every second of this video and enjoyed it. Beautiful sword.
Nice build. Makes me want to get my forge up and running again.
yo, that is gorgeous. and i like some of the choice material used.
Beautiful work ! 🎉
yeah I really like this sword from Elden Ring too. Thanks for the video!

That sword & sheathe are both fucking amazing! Great craftsmanship!!

How can someone be so underrated
This is soo good! i am esthetically overloaded with joy
Holy Gods of the Forge! Such a marvellous job! You deserve to be the King's smith, my dear Sir. God bless your art and may your hand be firm and eyes keen.
Wow, it's so refreshing to see a sword made properly, with a full tang hammered onto the pommel, sharpened to perfection, you could probably cut yourself just looking at it! I will subscribe and share this around.
incredible , absolutely fantastic work
You have a great deal of talent my friend! your designs are excellent!, you need a little more practice in mold making but that is hardly something that can't be learned, you'll excel at that soon enough. Your carvings are beautiful, I wish you showed us a bit more of the scabbard making , because that looked top notch as well! Keep up the great work!
Seeing the sword be sharpened was really satisfying for me
Wow… just wow. Great background music, btw.
Now that, sir, is a hell of a blade 🤘🏾🔥🗡️
Beautiful. Really beautiful. The only part I, kind of, dislike is the resin handle. Simply because I don't like resin (wood all the way). But I understand why you used it. I loved the hammered... bolt to keep everything together.
Pure intelligence mage builds, unite!
Its so Goddamn beautiful man I got tears in eyes 😢
Beautiful sword and very good job !! 🎉 ❤
Cool work man
Nice that he mentioned the tempering process is omitted...most people don't know the difference between Hardening and Tempering!
still salty I can't cast spells with this beauty
Absolutely perfect. Damn man. I would buy that in a heart beat.
This is killer. Absolutely unbelievable. I’d give anything to see you forge the bloodhound’s fang
Makes it look so easy. This is a skill I want to have. Be able to forge my own weapons one day and have a cool keepsake. I don't have the Knowledge or the tools to do it though.
Why am I just now seeing your work? You're freaking awesome! Keep it up

Wtf how is this so good. Congrats :)
A very well made sword, that. Congrats!
amazing job ! thanks for sharing
A fine weapon, that can only be wielded by a truly worthy Carian Knight
I've never seen the tang being used as a rivet to lock in the handle construction! That was so cool! Does pouring the brass right on/in the Styrofoam not leave impurities in the casting?
Incredible! instant subscribe
Being a DIY guy made my hand felt numb watching this video, so many sanding and carving job 🥲
Beautiful craftsmanship .
I am honestly flabbergasted by the craftsmanship of this sword. And you used 1095 steel on top of that? I'm not a professional when it comes to all the different types of steel, but from what I've heard, 1095 is a good steel for swords along with 1060 and stuff. What makes it even cooler for me personally is that it's my favorite weapon in Elden Ring for its elegant aesthetics while looking like an actual practical sword at the same time (minus for the giant crystal/glintstone thing in the blade in game). Anyways, that's an incredibly cool piece you made.
One of my favorite weapons in Elden Ring, its just perfectly fancy its the perfect opposite to the Lordsworn's. If you don't mind me suggesting, try Rogier's Rapier!
Did a whole run all the way to Malenia and Radogan with this weapon powerstanced with a Noble's Slender sword. Love that Ash of War. Perfectly balanced. Well, maybe a slight buff to guard stability on the R2, but that barely matters.
man see forge a sword man be happy
Carian Knight Sword is always the most beautiful weapon of Elden Ring.
Wow. You are a master craftsman!
I would buy a sword from you. Serpent bone katana would be lit, the design and the flow is cool. Pretty much all of the katanas are awesome.
Do you think you'd be able to do one of the Dragon Quest's sword? I've always wanted to see somebody do it and you did such an amazing job with this one!
A beautiful sword. Any king would feel honored with this a gift like this.
