The 1184 was the best looking tractor there. You did a fantastic job on it John. Its a real credit to you. The field was very dry and stony. Someone got a couple of boards ripped off a plough by a giant boulder coming up the hill. Cant understand how something of that size can still be in a regularly cultivated field!

Great Video, some pretty tough stoney soil being turned over here, thanks for sharing

My Dad and used to have a County 1174 in the uk. What a beauty , but also tons of pulling power because of all the equal fours(tires)

Nice video Chris. The 1184 TW with the green Dowdeswell plough was restored this year and belongs to my son and I. The C.D.T.E.C. day at Greyabbey was our second outing. I am glad we bought a spring release plough!

Och Mann! It's so sad to see the poor setups of the two tractors: Nice light stoney soil to show off the spring trips, but give the tractor a chance - put a decent load on it more than 4 furrows AND get the plough alignment and wheel-track width set properly. That other one with the Lemken plough is fighting against itself ..... did no one at the event see and help the guy on the seat? thanks for showing for the record - a great educational resource!

That's some stony ground. Between the power of the county and the stones the ploughs are getting some abuse.
