Hello . I don't remember , how much horsepower a 5000 ? And a 7000 ? Do the driver has two gear levers (one by tractor ) or only one coupled for the to machines. At first look It seems simple to do the assembly but in fact I think it needs good skills . In France only one is known with two Someca ( not sure but 2 someca 1000 ).

Worlds away from a normal tractor, I did 7000hrs on a Doe 130 . Happy memories.

Man! that was a grand video - better class of ploughing to boot - but funny how SEEMED to be OK we definitely NOT set right when you saw how the Plough lifted ( or not) out of the ground at the headland. So where are they all now? hopefully staying safe for the next event.

How problematic were these double tractors. Those double majors ought to be tough.

They actually worked very well and many saw the original engines worn out and replaced with new units for a second life!!!

Looked after they were very reliable, The Doe 130 I drove never gave much trouble in the 7000 hrs that I worked with it.
