Thanks for this Great Vid, I use to work at County's, I fitted Cabs, Dozers, Winches, Air Tanks, We also fitted some Cabs that could be adjusted if you were working across a field, So rather leaning to one side as you drove, A Ram would lift the Cab level, Front Weight, Wheel Weights, Draw Bars etc, Also went to Big Shows Earls Court & others, Lamborghinis were parked next to us, Very few looked at lambos, But we're always all over our Countys, Great Vid Cheers 👍🇬🇧

My favourite tractor ever since having a ride on one in 1979 a county 1124 force. A memorable moment for sure. Back when we made cool things to be proud of.❤😀

I remember back in the 70's when I was working on a farm we were running all Ford tractors. Our local Ford agent brought round a loan County tractor for us to use for a week with a view to trying to sell us one. Our paddocks were pretty small and these tractors have the turning circle of a football field. My boss decided they were just too big and cumbersome for what we needed. Which was true but awesome tractors.

Something special about the old county and Muirhills. Back in the day when tractors were simple to work on and still effective

A lot of money gathered in that field! Lovely tractors, have a soft spot for the 1454 and 1884, but with the prices on them I sure is never going to get my hands on one :)

I miss plowing every year in the fall. We've been all notill for the last 20 years. I can still smell the dirt watching this. Our big tractor was an 1180 hesston. Always wished it had a turbo. It's got almost 14000 hours now and still going, never any major work done to it.

Massey-Ferguson 1250 all day long 🙂 and yes the aroma of newly turned soil in the Autumn is one of those things like new mown hay, it has to be experienced to to know what it is all about.

Most impressive tractor there was 1884 yeh was a big tractor but 9 furrows behind it and pulled it no fuss no bother 💪💪 where a lot of the others considering their size an power weren't performing that well in my opinion 🤔 great video though 👍

We just "plow" here in Illinois. The first high school I attended called their basketball and softball teams the "Farmersburg Plowboys". That was way back in 1950's. The only time I've seen the numbers of tractors you showed was at an event called "Farm Progress". Kind of a big fair where many of the farm mfg's gather each year to so their stuff. They rotate the show between Boone, Iowa and Decatur, Illinois. They will host about 350,000 people over three days on a good year.

I can remember when I was small a local farmer had contractors in doing silage and they were using one to back it up no cab no cab but there was a passenger seat with a frame on the wing that I sat in . I think the farmer saw me and that was the first and last time I was on one .

I think the last Muir Hill tractor I saw was gently rusting away as it ends its life hauling boats from the sea at Bulmer in Northumberland. It was in a terrible state but certain components had been wrapped in that greasy fabric gas tape to stop them perforating lol.

I used to pull 5 20” bottoms with my 6030 Deere. I could plow 16” deep uphill and downhill in our clay soils. I don’t think I could have handled 6 20s
