Foot Against the Wall

This is a demo of the Awareness Through Movement® lesson called "Foot Against the Wall." This lesson should really be called, "Learning How to Walk, Lying on the Floor." We explore, out of gravity, all the possible movements of the ankle and foot and how they connect through the hip joint and spine to the head. You will feel taller and more stable in walking after this lesson.
