I have a simple set up at home with some power block dumbbells, an elite pull-up bar, some suspension straps and an ISO Max isometric bar plus a really affordable weekly price to our company Gym. I really love the hybrid calisthenics program but not sure if they have weight belts available at the gym as I'm in a limited budget and can't really afford to purchase additional equipment at this time.

Probably because Jeff has a more scientific and standardised approach. To be fair though, it's not like Daniel promotes exercises or modalities that are wrong, they are in line with the current literature; perhaps his approach to volume is a bit too semplistic, but at the end of the day volume is such a subjective thing that it doesn't really matter. And if you ask me, although Jeff definitely carries more muscle, Daniel's phisique is much more appealing. I don't like the blocky bodybuilding look at all
