Literally perfect
I have a simple set up at home with some power block dumbbells, an elite pull-up bar, some suspension straps and an ISO Max isometric bar plus a really affordable weekly price to our company Gym. I really love the hybrid calisthenics program but not sure if they have weight belts available at the gym as I'm in a limited budget and can't really afford to purchase additional equipment at this time.

amazing!! Can you do something similar to push day??? thank you!!!
Nice worked
Weighted ring pull-ups. set a new PR everyweek . If you can’t set a new PR every week it’s time to reduce the volume. The stronger you get the longer it takes to recover and the easier it is to do junk volume
Machine ;)
bro i literally do almost the same thing, except instead of dumbbell rows i have a cable system at home and do straight arm lat pulldowns.
Hey man are you able to do one arm muscle up?
What pants are those?
Can anyone explain me why the biceps exercise is good for your back? Since it is a seated exercise don´t it isolate the biceps?
I love look at you an body it very interesting to your muscles 😊
Be careful tho when curling till the arm is at the bottom since high weight could potentially lead to tendon disrupture if not warmed up properly

Is it better upper body or pull and leg?
O can do easily chin ups but cannot do pull ups and it is hard to progress in calisthenics,any tips?

where is the pinned post?
Why when I do weighed pull-ups plus my back workout my back muscles never hurt the next day even when trained to failure and doing 8-12 strict reps 😅
Foolproof workout for a bigger chest? :D
its hard for me to train my back since its super weak. i can only do one pull up. and i dont have a gym membership nor heavy weights at home to really build the strength needed. ive been trying pull ups for a while and havent seen any significant strength gained in my back💔
Bro looks unnaturally natural

Why doing biceps curl ?

Hi :) A lot of guys talked about the risk to injure your biceps during a seated curl full range of motion. Don't you think you should decrease just a little bit the range of motion during your reps? Thank you for all you shared, you're very inspiring
@kebespi

I think with what Daniel has been preaching most of the time training that end range would benefit strengthening not only your muslces but also your tendons lowering the risks of injury as long as you are not lifting beyond your current level aka ego lifting
@railgungd

Almost no risk of injury in that case. And this guy above me explained too why its safe
If my plan says 4 sets of weighted dips 8-12 reps (rpe9). 1st set i can do 12 reps, then 10 reps, 9 reps and 6 reps. Should I lower the weight and go for more reps in the other sets or stay at the same weight until I can do the targeted reps?
I broked my ring finger , cannot do pull up since mid June , someone please help me what should I do

because he did a good job in showing the correct form, and inserting in your head with perfect demonstration the correct neuromuscular patterns, for those of us deeply engaged in the strength training get extreme immersion, and thus learn extremely fast; almost like we have done it before.

It would be great if he could just sell what he eats/does and everyone would look like him, eh? Sadly, any trainer worth their salt will tell you right off the start, that'll never work. No 2 people are the same, even if they do exactly the same things every day.
If youre strong enough to do front levers, i think a 30kg dumbbell row probably isnt gonna be enough

Wait I don't get it. How big is this guy? I can lift the same weights pretty easily but there is 0% chance I can do any of the stuff he can do with his body. 15kg is 33lbs and 30kg is 66lbs. Maybe he was going light for multiple sets of video shoot. I think I'm just fat . lol 6' and 235lbs (107kg) but im definitely sub 20% body fat. I have tiny abs. Maybe 15-18%

Ahhh, so you believe you can get a massive back, without other pulling muscles? Interesting. Most people's arms won't grow very big if they never isolate. This also means they'll never get full-back potential either. You are only as strong as your weakest link my friend.

tbh it doesn't have to be pure back considering the curls were at the end it's not going to effect the back gains at all

It makes me kinda sad that a calisthenic back dosnt look as detailed as the ones from the gym :/ Guess you rly need a lot of different angels and stuff to get all this small muscles to grow
For those of you more serious about lifting, Jeff Nippard has got your back..
@hajimenoroyce
10 ай бұрын
why do you say so?
@kyukoshi1937
10 ай бұрын
Probably because Jeff has a more scientific and standardised approach. To be fair though, it's not like Daniel promotes exercises or modalities that are wrong, they are in line with the current literature; perhaps his approach to volume is a bit too semplistic, but at the end of the day volume is such a subjective thing that it doesn't really matter. And if you ask me, although Jeff definitely carries more muscle, Daniel's phisique is much more appealing. I don't like the blocky bodybuilding look at all
@BigDoener

Wtf are you talking about? Have you looked at the muscle and definition on the guy? Daniel Vadnal is a freaking beast. Much more aesthetically pleasing as a typical bodybuilder. He knows his stuff. Why would you not trust his guidance? Lol
