Does a high level ofHDL offset a high level of LDL?
Oatmeal with added whey protein. Also great for acid reflux.
Does it help to have fiber at the same time as eggs for example? Also, is it better to spread out fiber intake or is once a day effective?

Spreading out is better and to eat fiber with the food would be best. But, it will still be really beneficial if you eat some fruits throughout the day. Good luck!

I wonder if you are planning to slowly depart from the biggest mistake of the allopathic medicine and start researching the terrain model. It is so sad to see how 99% of doctors never question anything despite so much grief with people's health. It is about time, doctor.
And please eat lots of vegetables, no sugar and no cookies!
