🔖大家第一次到访某个地方，如果不熟悉当地的美食，是不是都会光顾最有代表性的地方饮食指标？没错，我说的就是小贩中心或者美食中心。
☕每一个地方的小贩中心都会售卖当地具有特色的小吃，务边也不例外。务边小食中心汇集了当地各种美食，包括濑粉、料粉、酿豆腐、咖啡、鸡粥鸡饭、猪肠粉等等。
🍮这一集受访的档口都是经营了超过30年。今次的镜头似乎比较关注小贩们的有趣互动，而不是他们卖的美食。其中一位受访者说得很有道理，每个人都有各自口味，他们也不必自吹自擂大力宣传。我很喜欢务边人的淳朴，就算生意难做，他们也能苦中作乐，以豁达心情去面对。是的，只要带着欢愉的心情去尝尝当地小吃，特别美味。
📌我不是美食家，不去点评食物，而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食，感恩厨师的付出和辛劳，也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

Here, you'll discover a treasure trove of traditional hawker stalls that sell local delicacies such as lai fun rice noodles, curry mee, prawn noodles, chicken rice, chicken porridge, curry laksa, yong tau foo, Hainanese coffee, and much more.
🍮The stalls featured in this episode have been in business for over 30 years. The interactions among the hawkers are interesting. One of the hawkers mentioned that everyone has their own tastes and preferences, and they don't need to excessively promote themselves. I really like the simplicity of the local people. Even in the face of tough business conditions, they remain resilient and positive, maintaining an optimistic mindset.
