🔖这一集，我来到了霹雳州金宝县的一个市镇，中文名字叫务边，马来名是Gopeng。这里有一间远近驰名的“大明咖啡山四会濑粉”。
🥣说到濑粉，其实是中国广东省著名传统小吃，也是广东四会人逢年过节必备的米制食品之一。它是一种以稻米打磨之后的粘米粉，打成浆之后，制成长形条状的濑粉。后来，人们开始添加薯粉，以便吃起来口感比较韧性Q弹，制作方面比较容易拉成细长条状，不易断。
🥢大明咖啡山四会濑粉，有三种煮法。除了濑粉，也搭配各种炸料和酿料。
1.) 清汤
2.) 干捞
3.) 咖喱
🏆由第一代太嫲开始售卖，发展至今已经是第四代。濑粉的制作非常繁杂又很耗体力，那看似简单的“濑”粉动作，是花了几十年的功力练就而成，每一个步骤都不能马虎，必需拿捏精准。这么用心的制作，我们一定要去支持一下，让他们永续经营，传承下去。

🔖Gopeng is a town located in Kampar District, Perak. It is situated approximately 20 km South of Ipoh. According to locals, authentic rice noodles can be found in Kopisan Baru, which is nestled on the outskirts of Gopeng.
🥣Lai fun is a dish of thick rice noodles that is believed to have originated in Guangdong Province, China, several hundred years ago. It is also known as Laksa noodles in Malaysia.
🥢Today, rice noodles are commonly served both as a food staple and as a side dish. They can be mixed with meats and vegetables and stir-fried, or boiled in broth.
