🍌炸香蕉(pisang goreng)是马来西亚传统的街边小吃，也是国民人气美食。削了皮的香蕉，沾上面粉之后，在热油里炸，呈金黄色就可以捞起，端上盘就是一道热腾腾香喷喷的美食了。
💗虽然制作方式看似简单，但是把香蕉炸成外脆内软，并非容易的事。太平，有一间炸香蕉专卖店，经营了38年，初创时期只是街边小档口而已，如今已进驻店铺。
👩东主彭细兰女士，从业几十年来不断研究和改进，才渐渐打响了名堂，目前和儿子联手经营。除了炸香蕉，这家店也推出其它油炸食品，例如：炸薄饼、咖喱卜、炸红豆饼、炸番薯、炸年糕等等。
📌我不是美食家，不去点评食物，而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食，感恩厨师的付出和辛劳，也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

🍌 PSL Goreng Pisang has been in business for over three decades, starting as a roadside stall 38 years ago. The crispy banana fritter is a must-try snack when visiting Taiping. The bananas are coated with a thin layer of flour. The batter is not thick but still turns out crispy, while the inside texture remains soft and sweet.
💖 In addition to banana fritters, the shop also offers other deep-fried foods such as fried popiah, curry puffs, fried sweet potatoes, and more.
