福建面在全马比比皆是,若想吃古早味福建面,位于茨厂街的【金莲记】便是其中一家老字号。
💗金莲记,一个将近百年的美食品牌。1927年的金莲记只是一个专卖汤面的小面摊,当时地点位于吉隆坡金马路小巷里。由于当时马来亚还没出现面条,所以他便亲手自制竹压黄粗面。当时的客人点餐都说“黑面”或“大碌面”,后来改称“福建面”。1935年,金莲记搬迁至茨厂街,也就是现在的老店。
🥢金莲记的店面共有两层,一楼是煤气大炒,二楼则是炭炒和烧腊。这间餐厅备有空调,二楼的空间比较宽敞,食客们还可以透过落地玻璃一瞰茨厂街的景色。

从王金莲第一代创业至今第四代接手,金莲记福建面依然秉持传统烹调方式~炭炒。除了延续炭炒传统,他们也坚持沿用祖传福建面最原始的配料,如猪肉、墨鱼、虾、鱼片、猪肝、猪油渣等,猪油和特别研制的黑酱油更是必不可少!一碟用炭火炒成甘香味浓的福建面就集合色、香、味俱全,实在叫人难以抗拒!
📌我不是美食家,不去点评食物,而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食,感恩厨师的付出和辛劳,也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

Kim Lian Kee is famous for its Hokkien Mee in KL. In 1927, it was just a small hawker stall at Jalan Sultan in Kuala Lumpur. At the time, customers used to order by saying "black noodles" or "big noodles," which later became known as "Hokkien Mee." In 1935, Kim Lian Kee moved to Petaling Street.
From the first generation of the founder to the fourth generation taking over, Kim Lian Kee's Hokkien Mee still adheres to traditional cooking methods by using charcoal. A plate of Hokkien Mee stir-fried over a charcoal fire, with its rich aroma and flavour, is truly irresistible!

    我昨日下午才去前面的舊店面吃,2人中份28RM, 真好吃的.奇怪的是,我小時候在尊孔獨中唸書,為何都不知道

    以前资讯不发达,如果没人介绍或者自己也没去发掘美食,可能会错过哟!毕竟太多美食,太多选择了!😅
