🔖位于霹雳州的布先小镇，主要居民是华裔与印裔，而聚集在此地的华人多数是客家人。因此，这里有丰富的客家饮食料理，例如：客家茶粿、客家酿豆腐、客家面食与酿料等等。我之前去了一趟知知港，发现当地与布先小镇蛮相似的，皆有浓厚的客家风味和氛围。
📍早晨的布先，最热闹的地方就是当地的露天市集，入口处人头攒动，吸引众人目光莫过于五颜六色的客家茶粿。里头有个档口“阿喜糕点”，摆卖了各式各样不同口味的客家茶粿，是当地人的最爱，必买小吃之一。
🍝此外，这里也有一间老字号“秀珍咖喱虾面档”，经营了五十多年，她的“咖喱生虾面”远近驰名。除了当地熟客，也有不少外地食客慕名而来。
📌我不是美食家，不去点评食物，而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食，感恩厨师的付出和辛劳，也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

🔖Pusing, a small town located in the state of Perak, has a predominantly Chinese and Indian population, with the majority of its Chinese residents being Hakka. As a result, a wide variety of Hakka cuisine is available here, including dishes such as Hakka kueh, Hakka Yong Tau Fu, Hakka noodles, and others.
📍In the morning market, the most eye-catching delicacy is the colourful Hakka kueh. There is a stall called "Ah Hee Pastry" that sells various flavours of Hakka kueh, which is a local favourite.
🍝In addition, there is also a well-known stall called "Sow Chan Curry Mee Noodle Stall" that has been in business for over 50 years. Besides serving regular customers, this stall attracts many foodies from other places who come here to enjoy its delicious food.
