🔖位于霹雳州布先(Pusing)的喜州新村,有一家老字号《东方茶室》,六十多年来坚持以传统方式手工制作包子。第一代创始人陈运财先生,是在一个铁棚下的小档口起家,当年包子档口名字是“财记”,后来搬进现址店铺才取名为“东方茶室”。
📍如今传承到了第三代,接管人陈健杰慢慢改良和创新口味,一共有9种口味的包子任君选择。由爷爷年代开始至今,最受欢迎的招牌口味仍然是叉烧包和菜包。
🍝除了传统手工包,东方茶室也售卖猪肠粉和各种面类。
📌我不是美食家,不去点评食物,而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食,感恩厨师的付出和辛劳,也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

🔖There is a local coffee shop called "Kedai Kopi Tong Fong" in Pusing, Perak. They have been making steamed buns (baozi) by using traditional methods for over 60 years.
📍Nowadays, the third generation is continuing the tradition, and the successor has gradually improved the flavours. There are a total of 9 flavours of buns to choose from. From the grandfather's era to the present, the most popular signature flavours are "char siu bao" and "vegetable bao".
🍝In addition, they also selling "Chee Cheong Fun"(flat rice noodles) and other types of noodles.

    今天满怀期待的去试了这家包子 老实说真的不好吃。包皮本身和馅料都不尽人意。希望店家能努力改进
