What separates the good from the great is stuff like this. She gets asked to play on stage with one of her favorite bands, with thousands (now millions) of people watching… and she delivered flawlessly. Whatever accolades and achievements are ahead, they’ll have all been properly earned. Well done, Nandi!!!

I've followed Ms Bushell for a few years now and she always makes me feel great after viewing one of her many videos. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bushell for Nandi as well as her talented little brother Thomas.

Dave lights the fuse & Nandi explodes. The biggest hearts in rock n roll just made an incredible little girl's dream come true. Bravo!!!!!!

That's what exaclty makes David the person he is. Hes never forgotten his roots an is very humble. He just motivated this girl forever. What a down to earth man.

If a 21 year old played like that you'd say we had a really gifted drummer. Now consider the fact that Miss Bushell is only 11 years old! If that wasn't enough, she also plays guitar, bass, and piano! Seeing incredible talent like this makes life worth living. Whatever negative things are going on in the world, this represents a triumph of the creative human spirit over the destructive minority.

She's beating the ever loving crap out of the kit...she's definitely in her groove here, Nandi, you rock girl and don't you stop...you got a talent, let it LIVE!

I love how she takes ownership and asks, can I keep this stick at the end. This whole thing is so cool, mentorship, supporting girls, etc. Way to go Foo. Grohl is the coolest rockstar ever, and Nandi is EPIC. How many mere mortals would have collapsed under the pressure?

An interesting thing in some languages is that the verb for making music is "to play". In many other languages the literal translation would be "to make" music.

I love the way Dave guided her and took care of her throughout the performance. Dave is just the best guy around.

Things like this are why I love Dave. The man just GETS IT! And Nandi just CRUSHED IT!!

Man, this got me right in the feels. I struggled to hold back tears. With all the awful things going on in the world and all the political gripes, seeing an awesome moment like this really warms my heart. This girl KILLED IT!!! I hope Nandi doesn’t just follow her dreams. I hope she makes them happen!!! And thanks to Dave Grohl and the FF for making this happen. My favorite FF song just became even more of my favorite.

Taylor was so sweet to her at the end!

Just when I thought I was all cried out watching Uncle Taylor mentor her Rock Star persona finished me off.

Yeap, that was pretty cool. Truly showing her the ropes. He probably did not clue until later that she wanted to keep the sticks but I bet she walked away with one of his Paris signed by him. (or so I hope). And yes, I saw the original (by her dad) but this is one has much better quality. A job well done. No shakes, no weird noises or commentary, great angle. Clearly someone that nows what to do.

I remember the first time I saw Nandi on KZread a couple years ago before Dave responded to her. She's such a great drummer ESPECIALLY for her age. She will be a pro drummer one day when she gets older. This kind of stuff is what separates Dave and the foo fighters from other musicians and bands. They have great hearts and love to make people happy and give back to the fans. You gotta love them. This was absolutely amazing and couldn't get the grin off my face watching this lol. Wow I’m so impressed with Nandi I’ve seen some of the videos she did with Dave wow, as a drummer myself what I’m impressed with is 1. She is not intimated by the moment 2. She has great power and confidence on the kit 3. Most important Dave and the band trusts her completely so they got to have fun on stage and jam when your playing live you don’t want to worry about if the drummer can keep time so she obviously knock it out of the park at sound check because if she didn’t she wouldn’t be on stage to play they would have just have her wave to the crowd Nandi got to live a dream moment as musicians we all want a moment with our heroes on stage fantastic
