A faith-based connection to following with courage can be found in the parable that Jesus shared regarding the Master and the three servants, more commonly known as the parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14-29. When followers and leaders are operating on a mutual understanding of the expectations and directions, the mission can be carried out effectively.
