My practice is still in infancy. Just absorbing as much info as possible. The celtic aspects seem to speak to me the most, also Scottish and Irish roots. Still absorbing and trying to find a little more skewed celtic. Thank you for this video ❤

Very well presented. I benefitted from your reflections on Christianity in folk practices and how to adapt while still remaining true to the spirit of the practices. Thank you! 🌻 New subscriber. ☺️ 💛

I did a dna test from ancestry recently! I’m trying to figure out where my families came from. I’ve been really interested in folk magic so thank you for this! I’ll be checking out the resources you mentioned too. Especially the books.

The celts were all over europe, started in austria, some in france, spain, germany and in uk. Thoes in the uk after the saxon invasion of the 8th centuary most celts went to wales , scotland and ireland. Most of england became saxon, jute, and angle. Invaders from northern germany. Chritianity stole pagan festivals like yuletide this became christmas, haloeen was sowan. Most churches were pagan sites of worship before before chrisianity stole them for their churches.
