Focusing on form and quality pushups

I have found that it is extremely important to develop good form when it comes to training and rehabilitation. Especially early on, quality over quantity to get the neurons firing in your favor. Set the correct foundation and build from there. 💪

Working on my arm thanks to your instructional video, walked a fair distance yesterday, a fast half mile, today I had to rest, I'm 6 months in biggest challenge I've faced personally, your videos are helpful, thank you so very much!

DO you have a video showing how you got your wrist and tricep strength up enough to even do one poor form pushup. I would simply fall on my face if itried it now

@@grantdavidson1926 if you have someone to spot you and make sure your feet are in alignment, i.e. (holding them together)that really helps in the beginning. Toughest thing he’s keeping that shoulder stable and keeping the elbow from flaring out too much. Let me know how it goes!💪
