You’re missed Tom! Happy to see you back! Been off my training for nearly a year trying to get my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Going to hit my handstands when I’m done this summer hopefully!! Thanks for filling my break with a lovely video

The content of your videos are always great, but you stepped up the visual presentation with this one. Great work! And super interesting topic, I've also found it's easier to focus on less cues for me handstand and improved a lot by shifting my focus.

Great video, I've been thinking a lot about form on my movements and realizing that I really don't know what good form even would look like for most of the things I'm doing

Feeling is sometimes more important that what it looks like, especially for flexibility

Amazing video! And like you said quality over quantity paired with consistency is going to get us the results! Amazing editing, camera work and the last bloopers kinda part was a nice touch 💪🙂

What watch you wearing mate? Also I still can't do the handstand , my body is strong enough to hold a free standing handstand i'm sure but still I can't seem to create the balance no matter what

Tom is reading my mind. I swear it feels like everytime I'm trying to focus a little bit more on this aspect of training or another u make a video on exactly the answer to the questions I need almost immediately. Not complaining but it's getting creepy😶😂

Im stuck on intermediate in terms of strength. Im gonna simplify my training more and focus on prog. overload and strong execution of compound movements, and stick to it for long. Ive started making videos about handstands, flexibility and more, U gusy welcome to visit my channel
