Sorry to hear that you got COVID - Hope you are feeling better!
You set proper fuel amount for the flight but the two main tanks where in fact almost dry. You had altough 10 galons in wich auxiliary tank that you need to pump trough the main tanks. There are two switches near the fuel tanks selector that activate pumps for each auxiliary tank to fill the respective main tank
