A little update, in this airplane I find it a little harder to get smooth landings compared to the cessna 152 and 172. (also watching real life DA62 landings to see how they do it)

What are the two Fuel Pump Switches on the Dash for? You never touched them.

Yes, you dont need to turn them on to start the engine, because fuel is pumped automatically by the computer. Main fuel pumps and also aux fuel pumps on the pedestal between the seats you use only in some rare situations like for example if you have fuel in aux tank, to use that fuel you need to transfer it in the main tanks, than you use fuel pumps.

Just follow the checklist or the video, this plane is super easy to start. Did you download DA-62 improvement mod from flighsim.to ?

@@FlyOverGames I used to fly this plane with no problems even with the mod. When I press the starter the plane doesn’t crank up now. Haven’t flown it in a while but still

for me the plane starts but after awhile the eletrical systems turn off

Seems like there is a known bug that screens go off in DA62, i never had that experience but i heard from other people. Maybe new sim update in august will solve the problem.

@@abdulkadireraslan2330 There is a mod in the flightsim.to, DA62 improvement mod, i have it from long time ago, and i never had a problem with electricity. Maybe try and install it.

I can verify in the newest version, this is still a problem. Looking for a mod or patch. On easy mode, it's my favorite plane to fly. Love it. When I started advancing myself to starting it up manually and taxiing out on my own, I kept getting avionics and electrical shutdown. Was flying from one small Pacific atoll to another nearby. Had to land with no wheels. I pulled it off, but obviously, it's a huge failure.

How to set on Qnh?

Yea, that one sometimes make a problem, but its not a big deal.
