BIG mistake... since the big accident in the 70s ( I think in Tenneriffa?) where two planes colided on the runway, you say READY FOR DEPARTUE, not ready for take off... ... ready for take off is only used for take of clearances BY THE TOWER
You should never use the term "ready for takeoff", instead use "ready for departure"
