Very poor SOPs. SOP was not followed at all near DH and after landing. PM starts doing the after landing procedure in the runway itself before the capt stows the speedbrakes. Also the landing light doesnt go off and no taxi light on in the runway itself. You need to vacate the runway. wait for the cue from capt to lower speed brakes. Also, proper sequence was not followed. I suggest you guys go through the boeing procedure in the FCOM Part 1 for flow scan and area of responsibilities. Cheers
