    Thank you, this was wonderful! Simple but very good explanation for both the issue and excercises. And they felt goooood 😊 I have been suffering from really, really bad nerve pain in my left sholder/neck/arm for couple of days now. When I tried to find out how to ease it, I only found nerve glides for ulrnar, median and radial. But I noticed that while they help some, they do not hit the spots that are the most painful. At times I cannot even lift my hand, so how on EARTH am I suposed to do the glides for median and radial nerves :D When I was googling images for nerves in the arm, I happend to spot one that had more than those three nerves. I had no idea there were more nerves in the arm🤦🏼‍♀ Yeah, it's the axillary nerve that is the main culprit here. Let's hope that I can fix it soon!

    I'm grateful that you found the video helpful, @Justin7Wooden. Understanding the source of your symptoms can indeed be a huge relief. If you're experiencing a pull in your neck and tingling that extends to your armpit, these sensations can sometimes be related to nerve or fascial tension. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide a comprehensive physical examination. A trained practitioner, could offer specific hands-on techniques that might address the root of your discomfort. Thank you for reaching out, and I wish you continued progress in your health journey.

I backed off massaging it and over the next 2 weeks felt weakness in arm, tingling.. didn’t think twice about it just thought I need to rest and let it heal.. pain has subsided and the tingling so went to gym yesterday only to discover half of my strength is gone is my shoulder. Scary to think about I hope I recover.. will use these excersise to help

    My recommendation is for you to follow your doctors advice. If they have not prescribed exercises then request some. If they still don’t give you some, then I would consider getting a second opinion from another practitioner. Sorry, but I cannot make recommendations on individual cases without first doing a thorough examination. Cheers

  • @kinetichealthonline

    @kinetichealthonline

    3 ай бұрын

    Hello @daisymay1608, thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. I must stress the importance of proceeding with utmost caution given your neck fusion from C0-C3. While I provide general techniques in my videos that may benefit those without specific conditions, in cases like yours, the structures of your neck are uniquely altered, which significantly affects the way any movement, including nerve flossing, should be approached. I highly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or a specialist in spinal conditions before attempting any of the exercises. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific circumstances and ensure that any movement you do is safe and beneficial, considering the fusion in your neck. It's excellent that you're approaching this gently, but please prioritize getting a professional's opinion who is familiar with your medical history and current condition. Stay safe, and all the best on your journey to maintaining your health.

    I am getting a lot of underarms pain since 5 6 months. It all started after i was poking it too much to find swollen lymph nodes. Could not find any nodes those were swollen but did damage nerves so much so that sometimes even my arms and hands gets tingling sensation. My underarms hurts almost all the time. Got ultrasound and xray, no swollen lymph node or cancer. Could i have damaged nerves by pressing too much? What exercises do you recommend?

    Thank you for reaching out on our channel. It's important to remember that without a comprehensive physical examination and a full health history, it’s not possible to provide specific medical advice online. Given the complexity of your symptoms and the fact that they persist despite your having had an ultrasound and X-ray, it would be most prudent to follow up with your healthcare provider. They can offer advice tailored to your situation, possibly including appropriate exercises if they are needed as part of your treatment plan. If you feel uncertain, seeking a second medical opinion might also be beneficial.

    Hello @1.25speedoneverything7, I truly appreciate you taking the time to watch our content and for your candid feedback. I'm glad to hear that you're finding some benefit in the exercises; however, the numbness you're describing in your shoulder warrants careful attention. Loss of sensation, especially to the degree you've mentioned, should be assessed by a healthcare provider as soon as possible. While I strive to provide informative and helpful content, it's critical to get a personalized evaluation to ensure the exercises are safe and appropriate for your specific condition. I strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional who can provide a thorough physical examination and guide you based on the findings. In the meantime, please be cautious with any activity that could exacerbate the issue.

The pain is concentrated under my armpit mostly. I’m trying to schedule a doctor this week. Any thoughts on what this is? I was doing barbell shrugs and I think I may have hurt something. Thank you for engaging with our content. I appreciate you reaching out with your concerns. It's important to understand that while axillary nerve flossing exercises can be beneficial for certain conditions, they are not a one-size-fits-all solution. Without a thorough clinical evaluation, it's challenging to provide specific advice. The symptoms you're experiencing could be the result of a variety of factors, and persisting numbness and tingling should be assessed by a healthcare professional. If these sensations continue, I would advise consulting with a practitioner who can offer a personalized examination and appropriate guidance. Wishing you a prompt and full recovery.

    This actually made my shoulder worse.. not that there is anything wrong with the exercise but whatever my injury mite be , i probably shouldn't do this . I actually have trouble shrugging one side up to my ear and it almost feels like my shoulders hanging off.. like its a bit loose. When i practice boxing or punching one arm feels controlled; the other feels slack.. and I also wake up with pain down my side. And it hurts around the back of the shoulders blade a little and the back of the arm pit as well as my neck a lot . I have no energy at the moment for doctors and xrays so need some online suggestions of what it could be or just exercises to help a little... PLEASE HELP / ADVISE / ANYBODY

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. It’s important to listen to your body, especially when you're experiencing pain or discomfort. Your description suggests there may be an underlying issue that warrants professional attention. Although it's convenient to seek online advice, in cases of pain and potential injury, it's critical to consult with a healthcare professional who can assess your condition through a physical examination and, if necessary, imaging. This approach is not only the safest, but it also ensures that you receive a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs. I understand that it can be challenging to make time for doctor visits, but your health and well-being are paramount. Delaying a proper diagnosis and treatment could potentially lead to a worsening of the condition. Please consider scheduling an appointment with a healthcare provider who can provide you with the appropriate care.
