Done this at hoo marina a couple weeks back - good fun the float!

Love float fishing, I have bass on the float at sheppey

Last year I had a little crab net with mac in it and got little prawns or shrimps use them and got bits instantly caught a Seabass

Have a go at LRF, makes a great change to launching 6oz leads. Take Carlo he is top rod at being on pest control 😅

Live prawn is lethal.

I'm not having a go cos I've done it myself for many years it's the float go under and the site of the fish 😉😉but shouldn't we just avoid the schoolis,parr and all juvenile fish? 😉😉👍

Not sure I agree on your comment about course fishing . I do both personally think theres alot more to learn course fishing

Get the floats out on chesil mate

Accept the challenge and try for the Mullet. Can be very frustrating but also very rewarding. I've had success using a 2AA float on 10lb mainline down to 5lb flouro with a size 10 hook fishing very thin strips of mackerel. Keep fingernail size pieces of mackerel going in constantly to feed like you would maggots. Actually might even be worth trying maggots ??
