Cliffs of Dover performance was abysmal until Team Fusion came along and fixed everything. Hopefully they can pull off the VR implementation just as well as they did with the 2D. Cliffs of Dover was my favorite flight sim until VR came along, then it was just not on my list to play anymore. I can't wait to get back into it with VR, the missions felt far better that anything in IL2 Great Battles, they were just fun and immediately accessible.

Awesome. They were being pretty tight lipped on the implementation of VR, and I was getting slightly worried it was being put way, way out on the back burner. So it's very cool to hear they are making progress on it. I've been completely spoiled by VR in DCS and IL-2(Racing sims as well...), I just can't get myself back to a normal screen after using it. Even went so far as to build a simpit to mount my controls on. I've been dying to play Tobruk, I absolutely love the early WWII aircraft, but just haven't done it due to the lack of VR. So yeah, to hear any news on that front has me completely geeked.

Thanks for the effort. Great as always. I'll buy Tobruk when it is VR and happy with a little less resolution for a unique flight sim experience. Gameplay always wins. Can someone do EAW please ;) it was just fun.

Nice video! Good to see the mosquito getting closer to release. I think it will be a lot of fun. I’ve only flown a little but since my backs been killing me. This last procedure I had to install the spinal cord stimulator really kicked my ass. The middle of my back is still very swollen so makes it difficult to lay down and fly. Still have to try though! Thanks for the news, hope all’s well my friend….

What you were asking about is a rocket motor with a parachute. They reused the motor housings.

@@rodwhite5274 I am really looking forward to the f4u, new ww2 carrier, and ww2 version of marianna Island map. Old school Pacific battles are going to be a lot of fun in the next year or so.

its a rocket booster for assisted take off .The arado bliz was a hi altitute recon bomber which was so fast it could not be intercepted .

It is an iconic aircraft to be sure, the Mosquito, that said, its not high on my list as well especially since I have one coming with Normandy in Il-2 which will probably get more use.

@@rodwhite5274 My DCS Thunderbolt sits idly by as the TWO P-47's I have in Il-2 are getting all the glory. Same with the Spit, FW, and K4. All sitting in the hanger thick with dust while their Il-2 counterparts are stacking up the flight hours.

Team fusion seems to have their UV maps on the 3D cockpit stuff, meaning they aren't ready for texturing quite yet.
