I know some deaf people use vibrating bed frames to wake them up since an alarm doesn't do anything.

I would not have thought of that use case. I did always wonder if a super soaker alarm clock would be useful though.

Usually a vibrating bed doesn’t vibrate hard enough to wake somebody. They do make special alarm clocks with vibrating units that go into your pillow and shake frantically when the alarm goes off.

I doubt it will work on me. Friend shot me with a paintball gun and I didn't wake up.

A polarizing filter is supposed to turn 360 cause that way you change the "polarization" of light and it has a second ring which screws in the lens adapter.

The sync buttons slide through the other side, leaving a larger pad to push the button contacts on the board inside. Battery compartment door will slide back on as well.

Sometimes you can use a makeshift spudjer (i guessed on the spelling), like a putty knife or butter knifre like a little prying tool.

My parents ultramatic bed remotes are broken half buttons don't work. Already taken apart and cleaned the boards. Didn't fix it. So some traces must be damaged.

For my sound system the problem with my remote was I think the conductive stuff (graphite?) under many of the buttons wore off. Si I just glued a piece of aluminium on each defective buttons and now everything works like a Charm.

I wouldn't be surprised if by fixing the board, some temperature sensitive component inside the chip popped itself to keep users from fixing the remotes.

You can test a remote by pointing it into the lens of a digital camera. You should be able to see the IR diode flashing in the viewfinder.
