Thank you. I don't think I have a video on that. In that situation I would first look at all pulleys checking alignment, then remove belt. Next spin and check spindles and idler pulleys for play and bearing issues. Then look up your machine on parts tree. Check the deck diagram to see if you are missing any belt retainers. Hope this helps.

Yes, I'm sorry I didn't explain. The bottom line is Nikki is junk. I don't let a mower out of our shop that has a fuel issue with a Nikki. I do not want a customer coming back with issues. That's why it leaves with a Walbro, a dependable carburetor. Hope this answers your question my friend.

I've got 4 different mowers. Ranging from a mid to late 1990s Agco Allis 1616H (Simplicity) with the 44 inch deck, that I did an engine swap on. To a 2004 John Deere JX75 I've had since high school. I do have a 2003 Snapper Hi Wheel 26 inch mower that's sorta rare, but not unheard of. I did recently acquire a 1991 Ariens LM21S with the 5HP TVS-120 Tecumseh. I did have to put a rod in it as it had developed a rod knock after its previous owner decided to cut grass with no oil in it. Love the content T-Bone! Keep up the great work!

I have a John Deere LT155 and it doesn’t Look like any of those in the video tutorials I’ve watched. My mower was pulsing and only running on choke. I thought I needed an air filter but I got a whole set: air, fuel, oil and spark plug. I put all of those four in. Now it won’t turn over at all. I’ve dried up a carburetor in my car before by trying to start it too many times after running out of gas. I dropped a little gas in the carburetor before to fix that and it seemed to have helped. Maybe that’s all I need to do. I’m tired so I’m gonna wait until the morning. Wish me luck. Something tells me I’ll need to get a new carburetor. One of the videos I saw said the aftermarket ones can be a lot cheaper than the OEM’s so I’ll go for that. I don’t think I wanna try and clean out the one I have. Two of the videos I’ve seen, yours and another, both gone through trying to clean out their carburetors , but ended up getting the new aftermarket one. I think I’ll cut straight to the chase and pass on the surgery.

Any ideas on this. I’m up for trying anything at this point. I have a JD x390 with a Kawasaki fs651v it’ll only run for a few seconds to maybe a few minutes but only with the choke on. I’ve put a new carb on it, new fuel pump, all filters are new, fresh oil change. I also drained the tank and put fresh gas in. I blew out all the fuel lines and did a valve job. Yet here I am with it still stalling in seconds. I feel like this issue all started when I hit a wet spot mowing but I could be full of shit there. Any help is definitely appreciated.

G'day from Australia Great video Very helpful I have a 2004 L120 and a 2008 LA105 Both of which had been sitting around a long time, and I picked up very cheap I have the L120 running reliably and have been using it It still needs everything to do with the steering replaced at some point, to improve that side of things and a new set of blades But the LA105 is another story It starts and runs but continually surges I want to fix this issue before I spend any more money on it I've serviced the engine, stripped and cleaned the carby, and fitted a new fuel filter Any advice and information to help me solve this issue would be great Thanks in advance Cheers, Mike 😄

Starving for fuel. Remove fuel line from carb and be sure it's flowing, if it has a fuel pump set parking brake remove line from carb and crank engine (it should be pulsing fuel). If fuel is flowing install a Walbro style carburetor on it. Problem solved. Watch this video. kzread.info/dash/bejne/paqFy6mhnKm1XbA.htmlsi=5CLA4FXpvjK73BZQ
