But when I'm trying to post legacy assets through ABLDT for ord dep posted (CYD), i posted until july period post, which I can see in AW01N for period 08, 09 dep Value is showing planned but after running depreciation why system status not changing to posted for period 8 and 9 could you please suggest

Hi, we have an issue with WBS settlement Actually we are going live on 31st Dec accordingly updated legacy transfer date But PS team would like to post expenses (offsetting to conversion account) and do settlement before golive date In order to have history of expenses. But while they doing settlement 12th period obviously throwing errors saying 12 2022 is closed How to solve this issue PS team want real time historical data to have track And I can’t change asset accounting legacy date which is my golive date

ouch ..any wrong financial posting discovered after year closing can't be reversed or fixed. All what we can do is post manual adjustment entries to fix the financial statement's numbers

If asset cost is fraction amount then what will be it working

Hi, I have a question: So you used KO88 for internal order settlement on AUC. Then, you used KO88 again for settlement of AUC on Fixed asset. Could we have used AIBU instead of KO88 for settling AUC to Fixed asset? In which case, AIBU is used, I am lil confused. Thank you very much in advance!

Hi Abdullah, is it possible to settle the AUC amount to multiple fixed assets based on some fixed amounts. let's say AUC Amount 100 and need to settle some partial amount to fixed assets like asset1 20, Asset2 20 and Asset3 10

Thank you for the detailed Demo on FA. I have following concerns on this vedio. 01. How these internal orders will be carried forward to another financial year. Is this automatic process or we have to run additional steps at the year end. 02. Assumed functional currency of an entity is different with the group reporting currency of the same entity, How the foreign currency valuation impact (FX gains/losses) will recognize on expense recorded in internal order. Is this impact will be parked in a separate FX GL account or CIP GL account. Anyone who know solutions on the above concerns are welcome to share in here.

@@AbdullahGalal after you released the investment order its automatically triggered and created the AUC master in As01 how it's possible with out creating an asset class.

But a difference between Investment order and Purchase order?

Purchase order is the document used for the purchasing process while investment order is a cost object used to track the costs of a project. Google both of them and you'll find a lot of blogs
