Fixed Assets Acquisition with AUC: Use the same AUC in many Orders / WBS

A full demo on SAP S4HANA 2021 on how to process fixed asset acquisition through using multiple internal orders and WBS elements that post to the same Asset Under Construction (AUC). The below steps and Transactions are covered 😎:
- Create AUC (AS01)
- Create an Investment Order and Settlement Rule to the AUC (KO04)
- Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Settlement Rule to the same AUC (CJ20N)
- Post expenses DIRECTLY to the AUC (F-02)
- Post expenses to the WBS and Investment Order
- Settle the WBS to the AUC (CJ88)
- Settle the Order to the AUC (KO88)
- Check the AUC Asset Values (AS03)
- Create the final Asset (AS01)
- Settle the AUC to the final Asset (AIAB and AIBU)

Amazing videos AG. Very clearly and precisely explained. I have a question regarding budget management on IO via AUC if we directly post on AUC and make IO compulsory in Master data of AUC. Budget is working fine on all other methods of AUC creation because we post on investment orders and then settle to AUC. How can we make budget management of directly created AUCs via AS01?

Can you select cost center and WBS when entering transactions for a asset under construction project before you do settlement?
Hi Abdullah, I have a question on CJ88. Whenever settling to AUC to fixed assets by CJ88 with *processing type - partial capitalization amounts* are displayed in controlling area currency only (USD), and local currency (GBP) values are not showing. However, when I am settling Project to AUC by CJ88 with *processing type Automatic* Both Controlling Area Currency and object currency values are displayed correctly. Any suggestion on how to overcome this

سلام عليكم مستر عبدالله اذ سمحت لدي استفسار بخصوص AUC!!!! * بفرض تم شراء مواد مخزنية لها تصنيف داخل الMM ، وتم استخدام جزء من تلك المواد المخزنية ل AUC كيف اتحكم و اراقب البنود المخزنية المشتراه لتلك ال AUC و كذلك بالنسبه ال AUC الاخرين؟؟؟ **خصوص بعد رفع ال AUC اليFXA وما تبقي منها داخل المخازن كيفية تحديد ما تبقي من تلك AUC من مواد داخل المخزن لاتخاذ القرار بالتصرف فيها سواء بنقل الي عهدة عامة او نقلها الي مشروع اخر
how do you default profit center and segment while entering the cost center while creating asset master time 4:50. Is it OKB9 settings
