Fix Your Neck Hump | Buffalo Hump | Dowagers hump

Fixing the Dowagers hump, also known as the neck hump or Buffalo hump, is quite easy with these exercises!
The exercises themselves are straightforward and do not require any equipment.
All one needs is a little bit of persistence!

    This video combines some techniques shown in a previous video with some new ones. Jasper is a really great demonstrator and he explains everything very well. The exercises are intense but doable. Note that if your butt is a little bigger than his, it is more difficult to touch the wall with your lower back.

    Great video. One way to make exercise #1 even more effective is to hold your ribs down and breathe into the center of your rib cage. Recreating this mobility will assist in pelvic alignment without having to concentrate on it.

    You don’t need to reach the top, just the sides - but if that’s to wide maybe try a linen closet or pantry door? They tend to be narrower. You could also try something on the playground if they have one of those climbing structures - that could work! Good luck 😉
