Hey so after hours of me pulling my hair out. If you want a quick fix(if its your ethernet drivers not installed or saying its having driver issues) you are literally just going to have to get a usb wifi adapter connect from there let it update the drivers then retry. I was luckily enough to have on nearby to test it out but so far this has been the only fix once none of these work

However if you can actually switch your driver to other drivers and it will work.

thank you! it worked with the firts option. i downloaded the drivers from my MB but that didnt work so thank you so much this was very clear and helpful information!

Some of your options solved my problem. I think it was uninstalling the drivers. And it seems silly but everything worked when I took out and put the cable back on 🎉 Thanks!

2023 May, still an ongoing issue that has never been fixed by Microsoft. 😢 Long Restart Time Long Shutdown Time Connected to perfectly working ethernet cable, yet there is no connection, only Wi-Fi works. Random Blue Screens on shut down and restart: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error on perfectly working SSD and M2.
