Dude, you will never know you really saved my time I have been struggling for 6months with the issue when I run obs or premier pro, my WiFi goes off sometimes my Bluetooth goes off too but I never cared for my audio stuff. You’re a real life saver. ❤

It works, but every time you start the computer, you have to do it again and again. And restart too, 2/3 times. Why?

Before I do any of the steps in this video, will I need to purchase a Wifi adapter for my PC? It currently doesn’t have one in it. Also, how do Wifi adapters work? I search them online and it looks like you just plug them in ny USB. Does that give the computer a driver or what?

Nice guide, however it did not work for me this time. Drivers were hidden and couldn't be updated. After I uninstalled each one, they were not installing automatically. Found drivers via Vendor's page. Although showing as installed, they were just not loading. Issue solved after Safe boot and then normal restart. Putting this here as it may help someone else solving the issue and save you some time.

@@user-kz2qs4br4r Hi, if you have an ethernet/cable connection, please try to download new drivers from the vendor directly. You can search with brand e.g. Lenovo/Dell drivers, go to the vendor's page, where usually under "support" you should be able to find download "drivers". Then, you can use the automatic scan to detect the device model or manually add it. Once found, just have to download the Wi-fi/ wireless drivers and install them. If it does not work after installation and reboot, please try with safe boot by following the steps below: 1. Win button + r 2. Enter "msconfig" 3. Switch to "boot" tab and select "safe boot" and click "OK" 4. Restart machine 5. Repeat step 2, but this time uncheck "safe boot", then triger reboot I hope this can help with solving the problem.🙂

I'm on Win8.1 and I'm assuming the steps should be the same at this particular time 3:03 I only see one Network adapter which I believe is the Ethernet since I can use the ethernet and windows sees it, that is working fine except is a 10/100 connection, this is one of those All-in-one computers from Hp(not sure if that matters), I did the ping and got the same result you got at the beginning of this video but I booted up with an Ubuntu usb I had and had the same issue of Ubuntu not seeing the Wifi card, made me think it was the card that was defective but since you said the ping showed the card being ok then I don't know what the issue is.

Deleting the partition and installing a fresh copy of Windows 10 might help mate. You may try 👍

IF ANYONE STILL HAS THIS PROBLEM: I spent 8 hours trying to work it out, all the videos show the same thing. But this worked for me. Turn your PC off, then switch off the switch to the PSU. Then unplug the PC and hold onto the power button for 30 seconds to drain all the power. then plug back in and it should work!

Dude I been trying so hard to get the Wi-Fi thing to apear and I just can’t get it, it’s so dumb how they have it set up like i even reset the whole thing like to where everything is gone and it still doesn’t work. And I’m starting to loose hope, so ima need a miracle to happen.

Sup man! Hope you're doing good! I had this problem today, had to follow countless guides and instructions from different people. Finally i stumbled upon your video, the last option, where you have to disable and re-enabled all the services, worked like magic for me. Try Repairing Windows Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restart. Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan sfc /scannow Restart. Windows Updates- Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

Try to create mobile Hotspot and connect. Check if it's working. Pls make sure you have all the latest windows updates also wifi key is pressed. Do a network reset 👍

How to fixed if the adapter driver does not work when the laptop is charged? Wifi suddenly disappeared when just charged, please help

Does it help to reset the router (remove all connected devices - reset to factory settings?) or would it also help to reset the entire PC/laptop to factory settings? Does that help?

When I select Device manager, then go to network adaptors, there is no what you selected. How can we solve it ?

FYI IF YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE YOU JUST BUILT A PC AND CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY YOU CANNOT CONNECT TO WIFI6, THE "UPDATE DRIVER" SOLUTION WORKED FOR ME WOOHOO!!!
