I tried so many things but your step of uninstalling the ethernet driver and restarting worked. Thank you so much !

Thank you so much, turns out I just had to restart my pc rofl. I assumed after the last pc I had where the actual ethernet port was broken that I had to deep dive into the pc and forgot the simple fixes haha

​@@pepo76912My system did that to. I reset bios and cmos, and turned the pc off from power supply and unplugged it.Took the battery out and waited for about ten min. Put the battery back in, olugged it in , flipped the switch and turned the pc on. Ethernet magically reappeared.

Every time I switch between my work pc and my personal, the Ethernet cable is not recognized on the first boot-up. Works without fail every time I restart it, but it’s just strange given the fact my personal pc is off every time it’s switched over. Never any issues on my work pc

For context it’s the same cable just moving pc to pc

My pc goes into blue screen of death as soon it get connected to internet

I uninstalled it and it wont comeback...
