Alessia, thank U so much! I'm doing this routine tomorrow morning. I did your "10-min Easy Flow" Routine twice today; the only thing is, when U R in seated position, with legs extended and apart (similar to a Chinese split), it's difficult to sweep my arms & body in a semi-circle and then lift my lower body from the floor. . . good stretch, but I guess my arms need to be stronger. Celeste, i see what you mean :) Try keeping the hand as close as possible to your body. It's not much a work of strength but how the weight gets positioned on top of such a small base. If your hand is too far away it'll be harder to transfer the weight back, and it will linger in the middle where we cannot hold ourselves up. Closer hand to the "bum", coordination in pushing hips up to the ceiling at the right moment :) love Alessia
