Fix Posture for GOOD | 3 Step Process That Most Are MISSING

In this video, Dr. Todd conducts a posture training with newer clinic staff member, Emily. This process goes through explicit detail on how to correct your poor posture.
If you are looking to fix your spinal alignment and address your overall health, then you need to fix your posture for good. First, have your abnormal postural distortions identified, and then have a trained professional plan out a corrective strategy that addresses: segment, posture and movement (watch the video for details regarding these topics).

Dr. Todd, you are helping your patients become more functionally capable and providing extraordinary attention to detail as you correct their posture. More Chiropractors should provide this type of excellent health care.

look forward to seeing you out here, my long-time friend! Note; Dr. Phoenix and I went to Chiropractic school together, traveled to dozens of seminars together, and he is planning to come out here soon for us to catch up AND for him to do a full work-up... video will be capturing the process, I'm sure =-)

When you said, “Kinda like when a dog scoots it’s butt in a carpet” for posture analysis 🧐, it cracked me up 😂. This perfect visual analysis just became an instant classic 😎 motivational quote because (NO) one in the world wants to look like that 😂.

Great content again Dr. Todd 🙏 very appreciate your videos. Just have one question regarding to the order of area for corrective exercise. Ive seen a lot of people with mild scoliosis, which creates compensation in the upper body like higher shoulder, translation of the head..etc. which part would you focus on or you would do the whole lot? Would fixing the lower part’s posture let the body adapt itself for upper part?

Thanks for the feedback! IT is really case specific, it depends on the magnitude of each postural distortion and an array of other things; which area is most symptomatic/problematic, what does their x-ray look like, how do they move functionally. Once we have all of that info, we then make a judgement call on how to prioritize fixing things.
