BSG is the worst company ever for getting back to customer tickets.

my temp folder is empty

They still haven’t fixed it, JUST KEEP SPAMMING IT Login, after it says the code was sent wait 15-20 seconds then refresh your email. If you didn’t get the code close the launcher n do it again 🎯

Still the same in December '23. ffs. Nothing works for me.

SETEMBER 26 2023 STILL HAVING THIS SHIT ISSUE. And no matter how many times I reinstall temp folder stays empty... FUCK

This can be fixed by charging the purchase back on your card

I wasn't getting the authentication code recently, so I went looking and I came across a forum post (can't remember where) where the guy said he spammed login to get the authentication code to him. Did that, and within 10min I got the auth code through to my email (maybe 20-30 tries). The reset password email came straight into my inbox every time so they obviously got messages through, but it might just be that the authenticator email just runs off a shittier message system and thus needs some tough love to get it working.

I was trying to do the same thing, I got locked out for 60 mins now. I'm not getting any emails.

@@not_Kaizo I think the 60min cooldown is for the password reset, right? But I was spamming the authenticator code by just trying to log in and it telling me they've sent an authentication code to my email. Then again my approach wasn't rooted in any actual knowledge just brute stupidity of me mashing a button. xD Hope it works out for you bud!

2022 February - Ran into this same issue as I recently upgraded my PC with a full windows reinstall. I uninstalled the BSG launcher from my program apps and resolved this issue by just downloading the launcher (not the game) again!

I just did this with my brothers computer. Also if you do not have the launcher already installed, you can take this file and put it on a thumb drive from another computer and transfer it over that way.

I wiped my pc while ago and now I have same problem... My temp folder is empty. I have tried everything, even using my friend computer and still not reciving the fucking email. But if I do verifycation on tarkov Website i do recive email.. I'm so tired.....

I found a solution on a forum page! close out of game launcher. Right click BSGLauncher on your desktop and 'open file location'. Right click the BSGLauncher again and 'Run as Administrator. Login through this Launcher, and you should recieve the Verification Email now. 2 hours of digging to find that gold

@@aaronbengston3059 managed to sign into my eft account online, support fixed it somehow. not sure what they did but they did it. if you can get into the website try them. emailing them might work too

What if you dont have the BSG launcher nor have the account logged in the tarkov website

Here's the solution that worked for me. Uninstall the launcher. When you reinstall the launcher change the download location to your Program Files x86 folder. After downloading it, run as normal and it should work.

2024 and I’ve been locked out the past 2 days

Install the launcher on an other drive worked for me lol

I know my username but not my email and I cant figure it out, really dont wanna throw away another 50 on this game lul

I just bought the game and apparently i got loged out just after completing the payment and tried to log back in and tarkov wanted a authorisation code, checked my gmail and NOTHING. waited an hour, still nothing. just spammed it and closed down browser and opened it back upp multiple times and at last i got the code :))) 2024 btw not fixed yet.....
