This happens to be the case for the official website for me. I can get into the game just fine, but the website asks me for a verification code, which I dont get in my mailbox. Eitherway, your 'step-by-step' doesn't work. And contacting BSG is like throwing brittle knives against a concrete wall; it doesn't work either.

yep have the same problem. wanted to claim the christmas gift but the code to sign in wont be send to my mail.

have the same problem on the official website. the funny part is i can reset the password no problem and i get a mail from them but not the Verifcation code to login on to my profil :S

new wipe + christmas present, their servers are probably just fucked as always during high traffic. they never learn

uselsss video just copied a article and none of the fixes work
Pointless video, obviously saw all the complaints and looked up a fix. The current issue is BSG doesn't know how to send codes to Hotmail, outlook, and live emails. There is no fix other then BSG actually doing work
I logged into the website randomly to see if there was a christmas gift as they always do that, nothing, couple hours later i see a streamer grabbing it, i go to log in again, cant get code.. So the christmas gift gooped it for me i guess
so many of us are on the same boat , we might as well start , LFG here lol

consegui mudando a senha,excluindo o launcher antigo e baixando novamente no site,tudo isso so pq atualizei a bios
change your security settings to single use codes
The only thing that worked for me is trying to log in until I get the email which I did eventually.
Anyone else just had this happen to them aswell? its normally fine for me

Believing its something ur "our" side is just batshit crazy. Its them having shit servers and services
My mates got the email except me, dont know why or how
i installed network framework 3.5 and got the email instantly
I Haven't been able to play this wipe cause i can't log in to wither the website or the launcher. Also this video didnt help at all.

@@williamqdoe5051 hey so it fixed itself randomly like 5 days ago i just tried it and it sent the email. Try logging in on tarkov forums that might work
