for peoples who's asking how many times you have to do this exercices : 2 or 3 times per week build muscles is a thing but rest is important too, your muscles can grow with rest of course, experienced peoples can do this more but for beginners, 2 or 3 is sufficient

so many people do exercises like pressup and situps incorrectly say they can do 50, you tell them how to do it properly they manage about 5. glad you showed what not to do.

These are actually intermediate to advance types of push ups. so for a beginner that trying to hit that 4-week goal is something impossible. To those who has no experience in push ups, build first your foundation on regular push ups then work your way all up. the realistic time frame of progress would be 3 months minimum.

from my personal experience i tried this and it did make my arms bigger but not by a whole bunch but what i did do was multiply the sets by 3 to increase the workout

This was excellent. So many similar ones are a thinly veiled bulge-o-rama. I like showing the muscle groups and ways to NOT do them...whenever I see anything remotely like this I find once I try it, I am not so sure I have the right form, so I have to look again.

Dont even compare your results with his cause its fake you cant gain that much muscle in 4 weeks idc what workout you using idk if you can get that much even using steroids in 4 weeks more like 4 months or a year

this was focused mainly on beginners, and beginners dont have that much strength, core strength, and knowledge. you should research, but this is the simplest answer muscle grows when its being repaired. (when youre sleeping and resting), and you need protein to make the repair more effective. you should not do this everyday, rather do it then rest for 48-72. (you should still research, to be optimal)
