Do consider doing the $8 meal series, as it sounds like a grand idea. This was a fun, fun video to watch, and the meals looked tasty.

Omg no that Za'atar Manousheh looks DELECTABLE. I'm salivating. If people don't know, they're missing out.

You should do “cheap eats” . Not labeling it as under $5 or $8 buts it’s a win everytime you hit those numbers

It would be cool to do a vegan version of “worth it” trying various dishes at price points (but not the extremely expensive ones 😅)

Xian Famous Foods location in Flushing Queens is way more reasonable price wise about $1 to $2 less. The noodles are 🔥though 😋

i feel like 8$-10$ is pretty bang for ur buck in nyc soo id totally love a series like that!

I’ve had the dunkin sausage sammich and hash browns too many times during the pandemic, but I think that’s under $5? Or is it $6? Still close lmao

Gods same! I think the sandwich is like 4.50 and the hash browns another like 1.50 so probably doesn’t fit into this series, but good start for the $8 one!

Id love to see the 8-10 price range meals! I think $10 is nice because it gives you more options even under 10 but is still very affordable!

This is my favorite series on your channel! So glad you’re reviving it. So far since moving to NYC, I’ve gotten the bao from Spring Cafe, the rice rolls from Joe’s Steamed Rice Rolls, and a bagel from Tompkins Square Bagels all on your $5 meal recommendations! My family pronounces Manousheh more like Meneish and it's my absolute favorite middle eastern food(next to ful). I could eat it every day omg. When I was still in school I'd spread za'atar on a flour tortilla (we always add chopped walnuts to our za'atar as well for texture) and take that for lunch as a quick easy meneish method.
