Just a tip: in the UK, caster sugar isn't quite the same as powdered sugar. Here powdered sugar is known as 'icing sugar'. Caster sugar is sort of between granulated and icing sugar in crystal size, and is almost always used in baking. Though for this recipe I doubt it makes any difference, sugar is sugar 🙂

no hate but i feel like sometimes you fake a new york accent when you say the word "sauce" because in this video you don't have an accent at all when you say it but in other videos you'll randomly say it with a super heavy accent lol. idk just something i've noticed
