That all looked really good & hearty. It's always nice to see a vegetarian/vegan meal that isn't just a glorified salad, which I love as sides but am rarely satisfied as meal by itself. I'm definitely checking that place out if I ever get the chance

I miss the old Veggie Grill nachos! I also noticed the sweetness with the new nachos; I think it comes from the corn.

You made the same mistake a lot of people outside of California make by referring to fried tortilla chips as nachos. I love Veggie Grill. :-)

I love Veggie Grill, I really like the Nachos, the other thing I love is the Far East Bowl with the sesame “chicken”, I also thank you for your dedication to giving us awesome food reviews, even when you have to go out of your way by public transport hope Oliver gets better soon.

Their mac'n'cheese is so good. That parfait sounds AMAZING! Next time you're in the area, I recommend walking up to 7th Ave to Pura Vita Super for vegan gelato.

I went last week for the first time. I was a bit hesitant because I am not big on mock meats. I tried some gardein sliders ones and took a bite and the texture reminded so much of chicken I almost threw up. Surprisingly I went to veggie grill and got the chickn tacos and the carrot cake and enjoyed them very much. This time the meat was the perfect in my opinion, you could still tell it’s plantbased. I am ready to go again and try the reuben

veggie grill has a bunch of locations in Washington and I go there all the time. I ordered from there a week ago and I got the nachos and they were sooo good. I would also recommend the wigs with barbecue sauce.

That's a good reminder that we have to be hygienic and keep safe because even though lockdowns are being eased in some countries the coronavirus is still out there and a threat. Even when a vaccine is found the threat will still be there for people who are unable to take the vaccine because of allergy and other medical reasons. The only way to get rid of the virus is for the commercial system not to be animal products dependent and do away with interaction with animal expoiltion. I also wish people would stop saying since coronavirus in the past tense when it's still present because that's a dangerous attitude to have.

I think veggie grill is pretty cool

I’m glad they exist, but I’ve always disappointed by their food. They have a salad I liked a lot, but last time it was meh. Maybe I’ll give it a go now that they seemed to have done an overhaul. Yours definitely looked way nicer than anything I’ve seen, usually it comes out and it’s like wohhh wohhh (let down). They would be better off making their menu smaller and focusing on putting out good food, especially now that vegan restaurants and options are A+

Had veggie grill in Chicago last year and I liked it but I think it was a little overhyped. I would still eat it again and I will definitely go to the one in New York City but it wasn’t my favorite place ever

I think Veggie Grill isn't worth the price. It tastes all like frozen food. I can't just make it myself and I don't even cook that well. But given that I live in Portland maybe if I lived in a city with less vegan options I'd go more.

I get your concern about us not hearing you clearly with your mic on but honestly your voice is already crisp and your mic is very good, so I’d rather you protect others in NY and wear your mask the entire time you are not eating. I also noticed with your mask off, you defaulted into touching your face, which can still result in spread. I assume this part of my comment will get hate but just wanted to give a friendly holler that others of us are totally comfortable with your mask on-camera.

I definitely shouldn’t be touching my face and I’ll work on that but I also don’t see the point in wearing the mask when I’m not around anyone? Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly support mask wearing. But when I’m alone, what’s the benefit?
