In this episode, I join my friend Rich on a trip to Shamrock Cove in search of redfish and trout. The fishing was fair, but the weather was perfect. We ended up with a limit of redfish and a few small trout. We took our fresh catch to Black Diamond Oyster Bar in Flour Bluff. They cooked the redfish to perfection. Another great day on the water.
