Don’t take it personal- if you appreciate her reactions, enjoy them, but don’t expect too much, she does not owe you or anybody anything.

Definitely a mashup...they went from "War Pigs" to "Killing in the Name Of" by Rage Against the Machine, then played a bit of "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, then a bit of "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne. Next they returned to "Paranoid" for the solo, then back to "War Pigs." After the break it was back to "Killing," then they ended it.

Yep, a mash up! You're going to love his Big Push songs, all absolute bangers, re-inventing but highly respectful of the originals!

Britt just a heads up ,there is no need to put a filter or opacity on any ren,chinchilla or big push videos ,they encourage reactions and if you get a copyright ren will always clear them ,they want people to do reactions to their music and share it because they see it as helping them to get their music out there aswell as helping you ,its a two way thing as ren says everyone gives eachother a lift ,great reaction looking forward to more ren and the big push ✌

Chalk Outlines by Ren and Chinchilla is the best duet in my opinion from the last 50 years!!!

This was done after lockdown but before venues were opened up. My 22 year old son was in Brighton that day, our closest city, and saw part of this set.

I think this is your first reaction to Ren. He broke into the spotlight about four months ago with “Hi Ren” you REALLY NEED to react to that. He’s been cowriting songs with other artist for a while, plays about 16 instruments, and is recovering from Lyme disease.

I saw an interview with him and Sam Tompkins a couple years ago and they were not kidding when they said at a certain point they would say they were coming out busking a certain afternoon, and when they showed up 1000 people were legit waiting for them. For buskers. Incredible.

This song is more or less the birth of heavy metal. And ultimately Black Sabbath were branded as “Satanic” even though their message was one of truth and peace…even in the late 60s that was already scary for some.

The original by Sabbath is phenomenal. They pretty much invented “heavy metal.” Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, Tony Iommi on guitar, Geezer Butler in bass, Bill Ward on drums. Amazing. Have a listen, because I think you’ll like it. Ozzy doesn’t get enough credit as a vocalist, I believe. And yes, Ren just threw in a little Rage for fun…both songs, you could say, can tie in together lyrically and symphonically. 🤟🏼

DEFINITELY listen to the original. You will fall for Ozzy's vocals. He has a truly unique voice. So many never gave Sabbath or Ozzy solo a chance because they thought it was Devil worship music.

Regarding them being on the street - Most often when busking 'en masse' like they do, its 'scheduled' in as much as they let folks know where they're going to be a few hours in advance and then setup and play until the local constabulary strolls past to roust them out (or sometimes its a place set aside for that).
