Dude what??? You hadn't heard this?! I would classify this as classic rock myself, but Black Sabbath are commonly regarded as the fathers of heavy metal, the progenitors, the ones who started the world on the metal path.... And the voice you hear is none other than the legendary Ozzy Osbourne! I might need start including classic rock requests just to keep you grounded in your roots! Seriously! 🤘😎

That voice you hear is the Mighty, mighty John Osbourne. The other lads, Geezer, Tony and Bill all made up literally the GREATEST heavy metal band of all time. These lads started the whole thing. It's not often I'm proud to be English but when it comes to heavy rock and bands like Sabbath, I have no problem saying just that.

Awesome band! I'm a left handed guitar player and Tony Iommi was a major influence on me starting guitar because of him also being left handed. Ozzy Osbourne is the classic voice of Black Sabbath. He's also a great solo artist. War Pigs was released in 1970. 🤘🏻 Love you both! Stay Metal 🤘🏻🔥

Check out their song Johnny Blade from their 1978 Never Say Die album. The guitar riffs and drums and Ozzy's vocals sound great in this song. It's a very underrated song by them in many people's opinion.

This song depicts the war like attitude from government and the emotional havoc it creates for society, individuals, families, love ones who leave for war and loves ones who wait for their soldiers return or not.. WW2 was form 1939 to 1945 Members of Black Sabbath( born 1948-49) are from Birmingham England a city known for its blue collar workers smoke stack industrial steel and manufacturing.. The parents/family of the members witnessed WW2 and the destruction it imposed on England(possibly family members were killed in WW2) .. This message of war was most likely echoed to them as children on what the horrors of war are like that just occurred few years before they were born.. That siren you hear in the beginning of the song( is a real siren sound) was used to sound off to warn the local town/villagers that war attack was emanant, a scary sound to hear during that time with most wondering where to go and hide... A very pivotal song

This is my all time fav anti-war song. I am a believer in Judgment Day for the war pigs and every person who never repented of their evil anytime during their lives. So its pretty cool to hear the band accused of being Satan worshippers singing about God avenging the innocent victims of all the war pigs throughout history. The 1970 live in Paris version really is a must watch just to see the drummer beat the hell out of his drums. The Lead Guitarist is impressive too as he lost some fingertips in an industrial accident before they made it big. He had to get a few artificial extensions so that he could play again. Ozzy either improvised the lyrics, forgot them and/or was stoned but he still shows some passionate rocking.

This song as many other ones during the decades of the 60's, 70's, with other many rock bands demanded Peace and Love in our home world, leaded by dirty politicians and Bankers, taking care of their own money, not interested in human beings, that's why they still create wars to dominate our minds, our will. Rock music in those years create deep messages to young minds to be prepared and to open our mind and eyes to what they were doing to humankind. Through the internet and mass media they try to "educate" or keep your brain COMFORTABLY NUMB..., just to be "obedient minds"... don't think, just obey. They control our minds and will with just a little machine... "the Cell phone... !!!Long life to Rock...!!!. A book is a Gym to our brain...

Great job! But unfortunately, like many reactors, you inadvertently used a horrible fan created video which has nothing to do with the song at all. But a great reaction still! The singer is Ozzy Osbourne, the lyrics are by the great bass player, Geezer Butler, and the music is by the creative genius who essentially invented metal, doom, stoner and thrash, Tony Iommi (eye-OWE-me).

You need some Iron Madien ,Dio ,kiss ,whitesnake ,motly crue. i think you went a little off the road and hit a dich with the stuff on your page, Just saying anyways take care and good luck in the future!
